adjusting headlights

i have a 1994 ford ranger and the headlights are shining up in the air, and i cant seem to figure out how to adjust them. can anyone help

There are two screws behind the headlamp bucket. They look like threaded dowels with a hex cut on the end of the thread. The one at the lower outboard end of the lamp will adjust up-down and the one at the inboard end of the lamp, centered midway from top to bottom will adjust right-left.
