i have had the same problem also and am in need of help. it goes into gear fine for me with the engine off and when its started it will not go into any gear at all. grinds when trying to get into reverse and other gears just wont go in. thanks
is the clutch bleed. it is very hard to properly bleed the slave cylinder the first few times. many experienced people don't get it right the first time.

In your case the clutch is not releasing---either in the release system or the clutch, pressure plate--bob
i had the same problem in my truck.
its either a leaky fluid line or a destroyed clutch slave.
mine would go into gear at all and it was the slave so check that out
