Agreed, SCT it the best going. I have one on my Durango but aren't sure if they have a 87 octane setting. I've always ran chips with 91 octane for the performance, but if I get better mileage out of mine, I really can't say as I have other mods on it as well for better breathing and such.
Stay away from JET chips, they're not worth the price of admission.
If they make one, Superchips and Hypertech both offer an 87 octane setting so you can run regular fuel with a bit more power.
