Complete Tuneup

Can anyone list the steps to a complete tuneup on a 1992 Ford Ranger 2.3L single cab?

It's been sitting for about 2 years and it wont start.. It turns over though

- Thanks

Involved in a tuneup are...

Spark Plugs
Spark Plug Wires
Distributor Cap & Rotor
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Oil & Filter

Inspect Drive Belt (serpentine belt), Hoses, Radiator Fluid, Battery, Brake Fluid, Power Steering Fluid, Transmission and Transfer Case Fluid, Differential Lubricant, etc...

Re: Complete Tuneup

Also use only Motorcraft or Autolite plugs and only a NAPA cap and rotor. Wires from either would be okay. Trust me on this.
