confused engine signal dropping

The TPS signal is not continuous with the throttle stand or moving, the signal dropdown suddenly and the temperature signals do the same thing.

The other thing is that the TPS signal is always in 13% or more when it must be in 0% and when it must be in 100% it is in 80% or less, it never indicate the top or the bottom.

I tested the resistant of the TPS, it is not broken and it have good response to the movement, however discarding the TPS I did install a common resistant of the same value than the TPS one, and the signal keep dropping.
The temperature signal indicate good value but it drop down suddenly too.

The other symptoms is that the engine can not pass the 3000 RPM

Some Ideas????

2 or 3 days more I will post some pictures for your better understanding

Re: engine signal dropping

Many issues with signals have to do with grounding issues i.e. connections at the battery ground cable and or body ground cables and connections. If you live in a wet or salty area all year or just the winter this could perhaps be your issue. Maybe??
