Lightbulb Euro lighting

Can anyone, anywhere tell me if the front configuration of the 93-97 Ranger was used in any country where the regulations for headlamps were ECE (European right-traffic). I want to find a pair of E-code lamps that will replace my US spec lamps for better lighting. Can someone light the night for me?

Lightbulb Trial 2...

Okay, let's look at the other options for aftermarket lighting. Has anyone got the APC headlamps with the projector beams? Give me your opinions. Is the low beam pattern an improvement? Is the projector a fog or driving beam? Is the overall lighting better? Were they worth the cost? Has anyone got the X3 headlamps with the internal bulb shield? If you have either of these, please tell me what you have and what you think of them vs. the factory headlamps. I am looking for better lighting, not just better looking.

Thanks
Shadow
