The factory computer governs it to about 92-94 mph. That's about all the tires are safe for anyway. Some chips will raise the limit a little but basically if you need to go that fast, get a Mustang.
Find a real long, steep hill. Floor it at the top of the hill. The governor will flip pout and release itself. You can get up to about 107 before it gets a strange wobble.
I've looked into getting an aftermarket chip to get rid of the governor.....but the truck is not very stable at higher speeds, at all. It's tends to be a twitchy truck to begin with. Since I have a serious lead foot, I decided it was best to keep it under 100.
