Runs rough on acceleration, poor mileage, getting 1 code #42 HEGO rich
New O2 sensor and various other sensors, Fuel pump OK fuel rail pressure bleeding down but no visible leaks at regulator or elseware, could this be a leaking injector?

Code 42 means, right O2S circuit indicates system rich. It could be an injectorleaking. Try a fuel injector cleaner and see if it helps.
