Im looking to buy another 88 ranger, has to single cab with a standard trans. Some surface rust is okay but rust rot is not. Im looking for a project truck, it just has to be all there. Pref one with the blue interior. Im in Maine so its difficult to find anything that isn't already rotted out.
Why in the world would you bother with an 88 that was one of fords most difficult problems with that year transmission. The manual was ok. and numerous complaints of air coollaint issues. I wouldnt bother!
