I have a 98 4Liter 4x4. Always rode noisey due to the tires but there is now definitely something loose in the left front suspension. On light road bumps (like cracks in pavement and black top ripples) i hear and can feel something rattling around under there. No rattle when suspension is under load just the light stuff. And it's definitley something that hinges or attaches with bolts. Not the exhaust or anything swinging. Is there a common piece(s) of the front suspension on these trucks that comes loose after time? I have jacked the truck up and knocked and grabbed everything under there but i can't locate anything. I think the weight of the suspenion is too much for me to move anything around.

It's really starting to annoy me now that i know it's there.

jack that tire on that side up about an inch of the ground, grab the bottom and top of the tire and try to rock it does it move? then grab the left and right side, try and rockl it does it move? then attampt to pull the tire toward u is there any give? u wont need much force maybe just a quick tug n post results.
