Re: New kid on the block :P
Welcome!
Well, if you just want a muffler, there are plenty of options, the most popular is Flowmaster, as they have different sound ranges depending on what your after. The new 50 series is the most popular among the V8 crowd; not manufacturer specific.
When I have to replace a muffler, the last two now I've gone with a Magnaflow cat-back system, as they have a great warranty, and my stock exhaust pipes were running on the thin side anyway, which make the purchase more efficient instead of having to go back to the shop in a half year or so to do the work that I should've done in the first place! The downside of course to a cat-back is the price, but these days good deals can be had!
