new shocks - what are HIGH RYDER and REAR STABILIZER options??
So I've decided to replace my shocks for the first time. After looking through the Haynes manual and under the truck it seems pretty straightforward. The only problem I have is that all the shocks available come with or without "high ryder" and "rear stabilizer"options. I have a '97 4x4 xcab Ranger XL, so I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the "high ryder" factory lift like the STX, although I don't know for sure (how to tell for sure???). As for the "rear stabilizer" - don't all Rangers have front and rear stabilizer bars? Does this option refer to something else? Any illumination would be appreciated.
