Have a 2003 Ranger XLT 4x4 auto transmission.(65,000 miles)No reverse Forward gears are fine.Any ideas what the problem is.Would it be better to rebuild or buy used trans.if the need be?
It definetly sounds like the trans is bad. You can see if there's one near you and what kind of warranty they give. Most places give one year on rebuilds. Here's a place to check for a used one near you. Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market
