ok peeps i have a 1998 ford ranger to be blunt i hate it i also own a 2006 pontiac GTO which my wife drives to work so im stuck with the POS i was on my way to go get grocies tonight and the dam thang just ****ing died i pull over pop the hood and my dam exhaust manifold is glowing red in the last to cylinders closest to the fire wall can some one please tell me what this means

Sounds like the cat is plugged or restricted.

im going to check this out but it could be a number of different things im told allthe way from alternator to timing thx for the imput
