Radius arm Bracket

I Have a 1992 Ford Ranger 4x4 with a 2.3l. The other night i bent my radius arm bracket and i need to changed it have any of you changed one? If so how difficults is it to change and how long does it take to change?

wow i ddidnt know they put a 4x4 on a 2.3
neve rheared the term radius arm but d u mean control arm or not?
if so they take about 30 minuts to 10 minuts to instal if uve done it before
otherwise ive seen them turn into overnight projects
for sum people
