Dr. Disque Registered User Join Date: Jul 2006 Posts: 288	Re: Ranger/Escape chip no, the two vehicles share virtually nothing in common. The 3.0V6 in the Ranger was the 3.0 Vulcan and mounted longitudinally the 3.0 V6 in the Escape was the 3.0 DOHC Duratec and mounted transverseley.
