Does Anyone Have Good Information About Swapping Instrument Clusters? I Have A 1997 Ranger With A Standard Cluster (no Tach) I Picked Up A Cluster With A Tach (same Year) Will It Swap With My Original? Like To Know Before I Tear Into The Dash.

Re: Ranger Instrument Cluster

It won't work, it will work the same as the old one but tach gauge would need a mechanism that will measure whatever the meter will read. Does it have an RPM gauge?
