ranger temp gauge.

My 99 ranger temp gauge stays at the C. I have hot air from the heater. However the temp guage never seems to go up much past the C. When the truck is off the guage is reading well below the C and as the truck warms up it stays right at the C. Is there a issue or should I just leave it alone?

Re: ranger temp gauge.

Most likely it is a bad sender. I wouldn't worry about it unless you want to.

Thanks JohnnyO.

I replaced the sender and it did help. However I replacing the thermostat as well because my truck doesn't seem to warm up right according to the gauage.
