Rear Bumber Adjustment?

Hi There:
The front edge of my rear bumper is tilted slightly down towards the rear wheels. I want it to be level. Is there an adjustment for this?
Any computer guru's no how to correct the small print? Some times I need a mag glass to read the print.
Thanks for your advice.

Re: Rear Bumber Adjustment?

I can help on the second part: Hold down the Ctrl key and rotate the scroll button on your mouse up or down.
