Recommended jack for truck with 245/75r16

My spare is a 235/75r15. Am I going to need a new jack to change tires? I prefer small hydraulic jacks with four wheels. A friend had bigger tires on his Rnger & the jack was useless. Is there one I should look into? Thanks. Joe

As long as you place it under the rear axle or the front lower control arm, a small 4 wheel hydraulic should work fine.
