Steering Wheel Cruise Control Switches - Ford Forums

The switches on both my 99 Ranger and my wife's 2001 Sport Trac have deteriorated to the point that I can't engage the cruise control.

Are these switches replacable, or does the entire steering wheel have to be replaced?

The switches can be replaced, I had them replaced on my '02 Ranger by a dealer, done under warranty. It was a quick replacement, just be careful as the airbag has to be disconnected and reinstalled for this fix.

Thanks for the quick response. Right after I posted my original message, I did a Google search on the switches and damned if they didn't pop up for $42.00 through a 3rd party. Doesn't look too complicated.
