This is my first post on the forums, and I was just wondering what has to be done to put a tach on my 94 Ranger Splash 3.0 5spd. I think I have to get a new ignition and then just wire it up, but I'm not really sure.
You should be able to buy at tach with instructions but heres the general idea.
You just need to get a manual for your truck so you knwo which wire you need to slice into in the engine compartment. Then you need to slice the tach to the some power, light switch and ground.
