turns over won't start
I have an 85 ranger w/2.3 4cyl. unfortunatly it's fuel injected.one day I was driving down the highway and it sounded like it started to miss a cyl. (spudder spudder spudder bang.) all of a sudden i started to slow down and barely had the power to pull on to a side road.turned truck off checked wires and plugs.seemed fine.tried to start? wouldn't start.after 1/2 hr or so tried again to start it and barely got it going by flooring the gas.drove another km or so and barely had any power and missing alot louder.finally got towed home.Ithought it might be a plug or a wire so i replaced them.now the truck won't start.it'll turn over and cough.but won't start.also replaced gas filter and pump. Any thoughts?
