Will late model Cobra wheels fit my Ranger?

Hey guys, I am new here and looking to jazz up my 2000 ranger. Will cobra wheels fit a 2000 Ranger??? I have been looking on ebay and they are pretty reasonable and I am looking to just bolt on a set of wheels and tires for starter, and then as I get the dough give it a slightr lowering.... Anybody know if there are problems?? TIA

Dave

Both the Ranger and the Mustang share the same 5/114.3 bolt pattern. Not sure on the offset, but the pattern is the same.

cool Re: Will late model Cobra wheels fit my Ranger?

They will fit but some Mustang and Cobra wheels require a spacer to clear the front hub on a Ranger. Sometimes a little hammer work on the grease cap is enough, sometimes you need a spacer. Try to get some longer studs if you use a spacer though.

Re: Will late model Cobra wheels fit my Ranger?

i had 1998 cobra wheels on my 95 splash, and they fit with a spacer up front.
they bolt right up to the drums in the back though. i'm not sure about other cobra wheels, but the 98's center cap will not fit on the wheel even with a spacer. the grease cap pushes it out. the longer studs would probably solve that problem just as said before.
