Question Wiper arms loose

I have a 95 Ranger and the wiper arms are loose to the point the passengers side arm will hardly touch the windshield with enough pressure to wipe off water. The drivers side is a little better. Is there a way to tighten those up or is the spring in he arm worn out? Thanks

It might be? unless you didn't change the wipers.

Ford used a very cheap foreign made part on these truck's as a cost reduction. They can't be repaired. Your better off to just replace them.
