The AGM will be held on March 12th.

ALL committee positions will become available.

Nomination forms, are available on the club website.

Only full members can nominate, be nominated, and vote in the election.

Nominations need to handed in 21 days prior to the AGM.

All full members will be posted a voting form. Voting can be done via posting the form in, or in person at the meeting.

There will be a few other things to vote on, including minor changes to the club constitution.

The following committee positions will be voted on..

President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Events Co-ordinator
Membership Officer
Promotions and Merchandise officer
Cams deligate

Just a reminder to all club members...

If you want to nominate someone for the committee, the nomination forms have to be in by Feb 19th.

As per the constitution, if we only receive 1 nomination for a position, the person nominated is elected without voting.

If we receive no nominations for a position, we will take nominations from the floor on the night.

If we receive more than 1 nomination for a position, it will be listed on the voting form sent out to all club members no later than 14 days prior to the AGM.

OK guys - dont forget the AGM is tonight!!

You should have received your letters already about who has been nominated.

Basically what will happen tonight, is that we will start with the regular meeting

After that - we will go intothe AGM. Voting will take place for President and Events Co-ordinator. Somone will count the votes. The new committee will then be announced.

Also... for tonights raffle - A lovely 1:18th 2001 FTR Falcon model (limited edition of only 1008 made). It even comes with a small Glenn Seton figurine. Tickets are $2 each. Winner drawn during the break.

Thanks to everyone who attended tonights meeting... it was good to see a few faces, that we havent seen in a while (heh Duane!!), and there where also a few new faces.

The new committee members list is in the "Club Formation" forum, and I will be changing the contacts page on the web site in the next day.

The raffle was won by John tonight (Paul - thats 2 in a row you didnt win!!!)
