Event: Fundraising dinner for Ronald McDonald House at the John Hunter Hospital.

Date: Saturday, September 18th 2004

Time: 7 pm to midnight

Venue: Phoenix Club, Newcastle

Menu: 3 course served meal - plus tea/coffee bar
drinks at club prices

Cost: $50 member
$60 non-member
table of ten guests available at $500 includes $100 to Charity.

Guests: Jason Bargwanna and Mark winterbottom from Orrcon Racing

Entertainment: V8 Swine and the Greenpoint Marching Association ladies dance troop whom are current State and National Champions

Auction: an auction will be held with varied items from the motor and non-motor sector.

Auctioneer: David Mackay from Gamers Motor Auction.

Further details for the Sydney guys will be posted here and on the website within the next week.

Canberra guys will be meeting us on the Saturday afternoon and we'll all be cruising up the freeway to Newcastle together.

Sydney has pre-booked 4 tables (40 seats), and I still have around 20 seats available, so if you're going to head up from the Sydney branch, please let me know so I can mark you off our allocation of seats...
