Event: Bungendore & Braidwood Brunch Run
Date: Sunday 18 May
Departure
10.00am - Meet at the Old Parliament House front car park for 10.15 departure.
Alternate Meeting Place
10.20am - For those northerners, that don’t want to go through town twice, we will swing by the Shell at EPIC, Northbourne Ave, Watson to collect you.
Brunch
11.00am - Bruce has organized for us to have Brunch at “Biscotti’s” in Bungendore (see map), Biscotti’s does Foccacia, Brushetta and Italian rolls for between $4.00 and $7.00. They also have tea, coffee, gelato, fruit and general deli type goods. Bruce has arranged for a 10% discount for any purchases by club members on the day.
In order to facilitate quick service for our group, Bruce has arranged for us to fax an order through to Biscottis on Friday the 16th. Any orders should be emailed or faxed through to Bruce at

Braidwood
12.30pm – Depart Bungendore for Braidwood. It’s only a 25 minute run. Look to park as a group in front of the park in the main street (sorry name unknown). Braidwood has many attractions, there is a museum across the road from the park, a significant number of eateries and drinkeries down the main street along with many interesting shops including a model car shop. Because of the diverse nature of the attractions, people should plan to wander as they wish!
Homeward bound
3.30pm – People are free to head home as they wish, but if we can leave and travel as one or more groups that will serve to promote the club more. I plan to head home to Tuggeranong at 3.30pm via Queanbeyan and the Monaro highway. These arrangements and others can be discussed over Brunch on the way out!
You would all know your way to Braidwood and return, however for brunch, Biscotti’s is on the main road (50 Molongolo St) through the north of Bungendore which comes in from Queanbeyan and goes out to Tarago/Goulborn.

Committee members will bring some signage and banners to highlight our presence.
