Hello All..

We are hopeing to have a club display at the Canberra 400 V8 supercar round 7th - 9th of June...

As the Eastern Creek round we need to get an idea of the numbers that will be attending...

I will be speaking to the guy from Ford Racing and hopefully find out exactly how many spaces and tickets we will be getting...

Just to let everyone know i will have a sheet to put your name down on at the next meeting...

So please don't post a reply on here if your coming, all names must be on the sheet at the next meeting....

I'm travelling up from Melbourne for the Canberra event - already have tickets etc. but would like to catch up with any Club / FF members who are going to be there.

ie. The guys (me) who can't make the meeting because their job takes them away for weeks at a time. Because I'd love to go!

Ok... amendment already....

We will need to get some idea of who is going so accomodation can be arranged.....

I have just talked with Simon and he has rang a couple of places today, but they are filling FAST.....

We are trying to arrange something so we can all stay together if possible... he has found one at Queanbeyan (approx. 10 mins out or something) that fits 3 to a room @$85 per room....
They only have 8 rooms left (at the moment)

So if possible could anyone that knows for sure if they are going put something up here.....

Can you include the number of people and whether or not you want to stay at this place, or you have your own accomodation.

I think at this stage we will probably only stay the Saturday night.

We will be ringing and booking on Tuesday so if you want to be included please have a reply by then.....

(P.S.) The tickets have not been finalised... but we should be having the display AND getting HOPEFULLY two tickets per car.... I will be working on this tomorrow..)

I have been in contact with some of the members and have 5 definates (cars for display) so far for the Canberra 400.

Latest news....

We will probably be heading down on the Friday night, since it is at least a 2 and a half hour drive we would have to leave too early if we left on Saturday morning.....

Meeting place can be arranged a little later....

I am trying to work out the accomodation so we can all stay at the same spot.. prices seem to be around the $100 mark twin share.... (will be trying to get a discount when I book).

I am planning to Book this accomodation Thursday... and so far have the following people's names....
