Dear Club Members,

Heathcote Park Raceway will be holding a Car Club Christmas Championship on the 28th December. This will be a Sat day/night meet. We would be running 8 Club Brackets, the winner and runner up of each bracket will be awarded a trophy and possibly product or vouchers from relevant club sponsors that I would be approaching for sponsorship. The winner from each bracket will then be eligible to enter into the final run off “2002 Combined Car Club Champion” and the prize money will be as follows:
Winner $ 600 + Timber Trophy
Runner up $ 400 + Timber Trophy
Semi x (2) $ 200
Quarter x (4) $ 100

We would run the brackets for the clubs D.Y.O. format which I’m sure your club is familiar with. The entry fee will be $ 95.00 (inc driver and a buddy pass) and $ 20 to spectate. Pre paid club members will only have to pay an $ 80 entry fee(Inc driver and buddy)
