Really keen to put the Brock on a Dyno. So i figured i could try and organise a dyno day for the rest of the SA members.
Made some initial enquiries and waiting to hear back.
In the meantime could you register your interest in this thread if you would like to participate.
Looking at going it in mid-late Feb. Cost will more than likely be determined by how many cars we have participating.
Whilest in convo with one place, the bloke mentioned that they may be able to run a series of diagnostics on the cars @ the same time. This will tell you if the car is leaning out and how well it is performing.
Yeah i'd be interested, as long as cost isnt to much.. Just on the cost, i know of a few other clubs that have had dyno days, and around $50 is the benchmark, if it is more than that then i think we would be being ripped off.
Cheers

Response sounds ok so far. Definately something to build on!
I want to get my car tuned up and stuff first too, so in order to allow everyone to complete their 'mods' how about we set a later date?
Late April?
Cost looks like it will be around $55 per car. This needs to be CONFIRMED yet. But it looks good.

i've just had my car dynoed and it cost me 40 bucks from rpm, but they mostly do rotors (so weren't to impressed when me and a couple of my mates rocked up in our v8's)
One of my mates just got his xy dynoed at this place on marion road called speciality tuning(or something similar) and that was 40 bucks from there as well....
Only other place i know the price of is turbo tune on south road opposite castle plaza, and that was 60 bucks...
keep in mind there isn't any tuning involved, just a read out
I wouldn't mind a dyno if I thought my car would pull anything more than STANDARD. Once I've finished with I'll get it dynod but I can't see that being soon.
