A Melbourne meet is being proposed, which will easily be our biggest yet. It will not only be the first combined EA-EL event, but all FordForums regulars (regardless of what they drive) will be invited.

This meet is to be an opportunity to get to know our neighbours a bit better. Similar meets elsewhere in the country can be arranged if desired.

All that remains is working out a time and place.

This sounds really good...

(even though i'm sure that most of the cars that show up will probably put my poor little EA to shame)

I suggest we plan this meet with HEAPS of notice, so that people can all get time off work, complete current mods, etc.

Perhaps somewhere around the city is the logical place to meet, as this will no-doubt be the closest thing we can find to a central location...

thats a nice distance away to organise things, but also close enough so u dont loose to much sleep over how long away the next meet is gonna b

Yeah, I'm in as usual. The best part is that I should have more mods done by then. I will just have to be extra careful to avoid any traffic light showdowns with fellow members as my baby is definately feeling the effects of the extra weight from the stereo.

As long as it is kept to Sunday I will be there for sure :)

PS maybe this should be posted in the meet/outings forum bit for the rest of us FFers as well as this one on the E series network? just a thought...this is going to be HUGE!
