In response to the huge number of issues that the Club is facing now, our first Official Meeting� is going to happen on Friday at 7:30 PM on a private IRC channel that will be announced to Club officials on our Austnet channel, #eafalcon. Normal chat for member will meanwhile continue on #eafalcon.

The many issues to be discussed include registration, the URL issue, merging of the web sites, temporary arrangements for the EF-EL Club database while Sunny is overseas, and Club merchandise.

I hope to see any available members with official positions, including those whose positions are on an acting basis.

Hey Jack,

Sounds like fun :s5 Sorry I can't do too much at the moment because of my exams and also for leaving for a holiday at such and awkward time when so much is happening.

Anyone who has sent me an application for club membership in the last few days, you will be added by the end of this week so please be patient. I've got to do a lot of study for these exams, you guys should know how it is!!

That day is quite difficult for me, is it possible to make it on a Sunday if possible, say around 3 or so? If not then it's cool, I'll try my best to make it.

Since the URL must be postponed until registration is better organised, and since we are not up to the stage or arranging the web page, we'll leave that topic for this meeting. We'll hold another meeting specifically at a time convenient for you when that issue can be looked into.
