Yeah I reckon the Ferntree Gully meet was the best. A good cruise through the lovely scenery of the Dandenongs. And just a comfortable amount of people. Fantastic day it was.
"Those were the days my friend, we thought they'd never end, we'd sing and dance, forever and a day... We'd live the life we choose, we'd fight and never lose, those were the days, oh yes those were the days... La dai dai dai da da da da da da da da"
Yikes, all the meets I have been to have been awesome, and none are listed here!
The Summernats meet this year, despite having only a few cars, was excellent, best time out ever. Both the other ACT meet and the Sydney Drive In was also good. I rate them all!
Cheers......... Tim

How much boost?
The only ones Ive been to are the 2nd jells park, the ford/ holden, simons night cruise and the recent meet at inverleigh. So far the jellspark one was my favorite.. It was also my newbie meet. Mmm burnouts...
For me, the Ferntree Gully meet was easily the best. For a few reasons;
1. The meeting spot was only 1/2 hour from home
2. When it finished I only had 20 minutes to drive home
3. It was a fantastic drive!
4. There was a great turnout
5. We had sunshine one minute...
6. ... and pouring rain the next (remember that U-turn outside the wreckers?)
7. Well, it was just great fun!
The GOR cruise was excellent as well. If the weather was a little better and I didn't have to drive 2 hours straight to get home I may have voted for it.
