Its that time again for me to organise a nice little event for us Victorian Guys/Gals I only want definite answers who will come to this. It will be on Saturday 25th October (Still Not Confirmed). I�m looking at Calender and nothing falls on this date but if somebody knows something that I don�t please speak up. I need 15 � 20 People to come otherwise the event will be a no goer and I am not booking this in until have definite confirmed head counts. Only open to FF member at the moment and if we struggle with finding enough people we can then bring in some outsiders. Info as follows
The event will be held at AUSCARTS RACING located at 50 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne. melways ref 56 J1

The event that I propose to do will be the
MONACO �MONTE CARLO� GRAND PRIX 15-20 PERSONS
1-hour event suited to a larger group. Similar to the Melbourne Grand Prix in that drivers participate in a practice and 2 rounds of race heats. The fun begins however when the participants are driving against different people in their group to test their ability! A final is heldat the end and a trophy is awarded to the champion.
$62.50 P.P MIN FEE

LICENSE FEE
The cost of a 1-year license is $7 and includes regular email specials. A one-day license is included in the cost of race events. J

SUGGESTED ATTIRE
Comfortable clothing. It is advisable to wear flat shoes. Protective overalls are available for $4. Helmets and hairnets are provided.

SUGGESTED ARRIVAL TIME
To enjoy the full value of your racing experience, we suggest that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the commencement of your event. This allows time to complete some required documents and visually survey the circuit and is strongly recommended. As you and your group are our number 1 priority, it is important that we provide you with the maximum amount of time on the circuit. Arriving late will unfortunately limit this, lessening the total experience. Please plan your event carefully as all races are completed to schedule..

Also i will be looking into a BBQ lunch or Tea.

That's it, I'm coming! Count me in from now.

I am imposing an automatic pre-cancellation for any other event booked for that day that I was suppose to attend.

If i get more than enough interest i will change from the Monte Carlo Gran Prix event to the GERMAN �HOCKENHEIM� GRAND PRIX 16-28 PERSONS because this event will allow more people.

That must be a big IF then. Just have to wait and see. I'm sure there'll be a bit of interest.

What happens if more want to come? As in more than 28 people.

More than 28 means Kart Sport Racing in Moorabbin.

BTW im a starter Steve, any takers on TEAM GALAXY RACING!! ha ha! TGR hmmm think ive heard that before somwhere....????
