ok - great time had by all, it was dam cold!!! (down to 5.1 degrees at one stage) but again, Russ can leave the report.
The touareg ran a 17.8 which, for 2500kg 4x4 is not bad I'd say.

" i will own another V8, just what type of body it's in is another question. "
I had a GREAT time and set a new PB of 13.606@101.12 ... I ran 2 x 13.6s and 2x 13.7s and a couple that I wont bother posting.
Even though there were a large number of FFers with limp members that didn't front, the ones that did all looked like they had a great time. All the holden guys put on a great show ...
Unfortunately all my photos turned out blurry so if someone else has some .. please post them !
Mucho thanks to Russellw, Philbie, Smciner1, Laminge and Outback Ute who worked the timing post, especially Russ who kept the data up to date on the fly and only got 2 runs. Next time we will draft people to help out so people like Russ can get out a bit more.
A big well done to the Heathcote staff ( Russell and Co ) for a well prepped track and running the whole show without a hitch.
Bring on the pictures people !
The F6/H6 combined class was another FordForum win with bmock taking the trophy.
There was also a Dark Side Trophy for the quickest early model 6 and this went to EF250kw with an excellent 14.943 (he needs to PM me so we can send it).
Finally (thanks to a kind donor) two special award were won by members of this category:
ARM79 was awarded one as the Most Consistent runner with a string of almost identical low 16 second times before capping the evening with a 15.933
Pearly was awarded the other as the PigDog Prize for running the slowest PB on the evening (the Touareg was disqualified by virtue of being a truck) with a time of 17.541
