Hi all,

Knowing how many people on this forum have a passion for both their cars and drag racing, we are seeking interest in a Ford and LS1 night at Calder Park on June 18.
If we can get some decent numbers we will try and organise the infield.

Note this isn't an official "Forums" event, just a friendly social get together where we can have a chat and do some racing. The emphasis on the night is having fun, not to see who has the quickest car.

Isn't timing everything!

No I hadn't seen those posts when I started this thread.

Geea and I have been talking for a while now about organising a Ford and LS1 night at Calder. Just trying to stir up a bit of interest in the LS1 camp.

Maybe we can set the date mentioned in that thread for June18 and you'd possibly get some more LS1 guys out there?

Bugger ,sorry the 18th June is also out as i forgot that night is the Premier of the film "The Chase is on" at the Federation square.The DVDs will be on sale then.

I'm good for both but do prefer the 18th. I believe that the 11th June is the start of the long weekend which could rule out a few people.
