Question: Why must we meet this early? I wouldn't mind going, but if I've got to get out of bed at 5-5:30am on a Sunday, there's not much chance It's gonna happen. :s6:

What time must we be set up at Bankstown by, can we meet there at a later time?

Cheers
Jason

Guys, what we need to try and do is always meet somewhere prior to an event and then go there together. We have had a few bad experiences caused by people turning up to different locations at different times. It was my pet hate during my time as an events coordinator. I'd really like to encourage everyone to meet at the same spot and then drive there together as a club, and enter the display in the same fashion. That way, we can quickly plan out the display formation on the way there because we'll know who's there and who's not.

No one ever said that shows were meant to be easy... hehe I remember getting up before 5am on a Sunday morning to coordinate the Darling Harbour show last October. Not fun! There were even a few guys who drove from Newcastle THAT MORNING! I don't even want to think what time they had to get up...

Set up time for the display is between 7 and 7:30. So that means we need to meet before that.

So far we have 14 cars confirmed that are attending.

C'mon everyone!! This is a worthwhile event, plus we are helping raise money for a worthy cause.

And If car shows bore you (or your partner) there is a big shopping center accross the road to keep you occupied while people admire your car all day.

Michael we all need to meet at the Macca's....
I know its past Bankstown for some, but (including me, i have to drive straight past the carpark we are going to to get to auburn macca's) but we all need to meet there so we can drive in together and set up the cars as we are gunna set them up in order instead of everyone just parking anywhere.... make it look a bit better....
