Its definatly going to be on. Prices are $62 per person with a warm up, 10 lap qualify and 15 lap race with 2 untimed laps. This place is heaps better than the other place with faster karts and a better all round atmosphere.

Im looking at booking in the track at around 4:00pm and then we can figure out something to eat after that or i can look into a BBQ there. One problem is i need to fork out 30% of the money up front as a deposit and i only want definate answers. If somebody can not make it on the day and tell me they can there going to have to pay me still. Not sounding at all like a bastard just saying that i have spent my money and time organising and to find out definate number's cannot attend it will just make me out of pocket and thats not going to happen now is it :)

So sorry for the change of venue but its come to my attention that the other place is not up to scratch and this will just make it a better day all round. There are still trophies up for grabs on the day so to all the guys who have already confirmed to come can you please reconfirm with this new information.

Also sorry for deleting the old thread but its the easiest way for me to do this.

I need anywhere from 12 - 30 ppl to make this event happen
