Gentlemen,

So how about it, a run to Bathurst to meet up with DK and SM, maybe have lunch at, dare I say it, Subway (if you can't beat em, join em), and have a look at the new pit complex.

I thinking of a 9am departure out west somewhere, and travel to Bathurst via the Bells Line of Road to Lithgow then the highway to Bathurst.

Lunch on arrival then up to the track for a look see and a couple of laps and photo opportunities, I'll take up the big camera and lens this time to catch you in action.

Back to Lithgow via O'Connell and Tarana, with a stop at the Tarana Pub time permitting, then from Lithgow home either via Bells or the highway depending on our mood at the time. We could possibly stay together for a meal at Penrith/Windsor before breaking up.

Both DK and SM say they should be available and the date does not clash with any Sydney Tickford Club events or V8 rounds. Maybe even Mother Nature can make the trek down, EA permitting.

Not looking for any commitments from anyone, just putting it out there early so that you all know about it and can plan around it. If you like the idea of it though then say so.

Can one of the mods make this a sticky please.

Yeah, I'm in for that! Probably go the Bells line for the trek back because of the traffic you'd be likely to get into on the highway at that time on a Sunday arvo though.
