Tongue Combined Falcon and Commodore meet in Melb

Guys, I followed a link through to the commodoreclub.net forums, and asked if there was any interest in a combined meet for both makes of car. Nothing has been actually proposed - it is just a thought for the second half of the year and I am interested in everyone's opinion on the idea.

PS our next meet/cruise will be another dedicated EA-ED one, perhaps in a month or 2, but it's hard to arrange when we don't have a Vic meet organiser (thanks to Boris). But once that is sorted the rest should be easy.

:fly:

I feel like a fool for asking, but what is CCC exactly?

Do you mean, what does it stand for? Because I think it is Commodore Cruise Club. I will stand corrected but I think all Commodores VB-VX are welcome?

Gidday Guys
I'm Brent from the Commodore Cruise Club. And yes thats what CCC stands for. I was reading about this idea to have a combined meet, and I think its an excellent idea, and something we must do soon! As some of you may have noticed, the CCC forums have been flooded already today with people approving of this idea, so you have our support guys.

Cheers
Brent

Thanks for that guys. Well I have posted my response in the CCC forum. It is easier to work in one rather than 2 forums so we can do all the working out there. I expect I will be working from our end with our newly re-appointed Vic meet organiser, Mr AcidBurns. He is back following the firing of Boris.

I've suggested August or September. I hope to fit in an EA-ED event before then (maybe next month) so we don't get too focused on mega-meets, and then the Commodore/Falcon event after that.

Keep those opinions coming

I was fired. How rude! :)

It was probably well deserved though!

Jack if you need help with organising the EA-ED/CCC clubs give us a hoi.
