Revheads is coming up in Novenber 19th to 21st

i dunno if any of ya have been there b4, post ur experience if u have.

ive been for the last 4-5 years and aint gonna miss this one either.
I reckon it is a fukn great weekend, about 1 1/2 - 2 hours from the metro area (160km from armadale) could even organize a cruise if enough interest.

all the usual car show stuff plus more, such as show and shine, dyno comp (i think only $20 to enter), spear-a-spud, motorkhana, sound-off, heaps of burnouts from 4cyls to bunky v8 geminis to big block holden/fords to mack trucks to road bikes (that was some of last year anyway) and everthing in between, a buy and sell alley, a cruise sat morning and some good special shows. there is also a possibility of a go-to-whoa. and a live band sat night. and more

it is a licsenced avenue so drinkin there is permitted in most cases. just dont out-drink yourself and be a dickhead. although some people dont have to drink to be a dickhead....not saying drinkin is a dickhead thing, far from it... blah blah blah...consumer protecion...copyright 2004

there is also free camping all weekend and if u dont wanna camp there a plenty of hotels around the joint.
u may not wanna camp if u dont like the sound of quite a few high horse motors as your 6am wake up call. i dont mind it at all though.....

i highly recommend this car show.
its very different to the perth ones - great country atmosphere, drinkin alcohol is allowed!, camping is great and on ground for free!, many fireworks thru the night usually even tho they are not permitted everytime ive been there they have been used..., it can be relaxing and also exciting at the same time....

jus an all round great weekend really!!

iam so going to be there this year i have missed it the last 2 years and all my mates have gone and said it ****en alsome better then Motovation some said so iam so going to be there this year

yep i reckon its definitly better than motorvation too!!!
especially if ya setup a camp there, which me and mates will be doin, its gonna rock

ill prob go down friday night get a good campin spot and then can also go on the saturday morning cruise thru the town.

once ive organized what im doin ill prob post it up

anyone else should as well and might be able to have a cruise down there,
which would make it easier 4 the people who havent been as they can just follow

I went a few years back and didnt really like it that much, but thats just my experience. A few people i know have liked it and hated it, best thing to do is find out for yourself i say.

well if ur gonna go there ya gotta go camp there i reckon for the full experience, makes it a bit like a camping trip but, the nature being big v8s......

a few years ago it wasnt that big but the last couple of years have been improving well and id say this year will be about twice as big as 2000 or 2001 and wayyyy better.

ive been goin there since i was 15/16 i think and i just love the relaxed and country atmosphere.

i prefer it in ways to the other car shows in perth because its not so faced paced and full on crowded (motorvation)

but each to their own
