new shortened raid details

Here is a new revised plan for the raid.

FRIDAY - 12/9/2003 - Heathcote drags/BBQ lunch
SATURDAY - 13/9/2003 - Gurdies winery cruise/BBQ lunch/ShowNShine/Navigational rally /Dinner with LS1 boys
SUNDAY - 14/9/2003 - V8 Supercars Sandown 500

Total cost will be $200 per head.

The cost includes everything mentioned here and includes a shirt and other promo gear.

Accomodation is required at St Georges Motor Inn on Thursday and Saturday nights, and at Bendigo on Friday night.

To be involved in this great event please fill in the attached application form, put the deposit in the bank account specified, and email the form to raid@fordforums.com. Anyone who has already applied for the raid in its previous form has been assigned a place on this raid and will be contacted individually to confirm they are all set.

If there are any other enquiries please email raid@fordforums.com

Despite the setback we are going to have a great raid this year and look forward to seeing you all there!

A couple of questions.

Just to clarify, I only need accomodation at St George's? No Geelong, no Bendigo?
Is there a pre-raid gathering on the Wednesday night? (ala LoneStars last year)
Can a mobil contact be PM'ed to the Raidee's (also to satisfy my compulsive crank phone call habit)
Can I use Laminge's "Bing" machine on the Navigational rally?

we will be staying a st goerges on the thursday and saturday night, bendigo on the friday night.

there will no doubt be a welcom dinner on wednesday night but I havent got that far yet. I'll let you know. For all after dinner activities on the wednesday night please see your local BSR representative.

My mobile is 0418 372390 or im sure you already have minges.

All BINGing is strictly prohibited on the navigational rally. Any participants caught in posession of an unauthorised BING device will be harshly dealt with by minge and his leather whip. Photos of said punishment will also be widely distributed to deter future offenders!!!

I am sure we will still have a lot of fun anyway.

Thanks Mrs XA for all the effort you have put in so far.
