Re: Questions about Club Track days..
Actually guys, any form of motorsport can void your warranty. Even driver training days! Don't tell me you've never heard of Holden/HSV employees going to the drags and noting down rego plate numbers? I can't remember who it was but one bloke I knew was told when he brought his HSV in for a warranty related service that they've got him on record, and if they see him at the drags again, they would no honour any warranty-related claims. Ford hasn't been enforcing it, but they have every right to do that. Not just Ford, everyone!
I was talking to a bloke with an original Evo at the last track day and he was telling me when he was shopping around for a car, Honda told him that he's not allowed to take a Type R Intergra to the track, despite them advertising something like "track-tuned suspension"
If you're going to the track, cover your rego plates or even take them off.
