Here are the details of the weekend accommodation for the upcoming trip. I have managed to arrange a group discount rate but have decided to leave it up to individuals to decide who they will be rooming with. Details are as follows:
Cumberland Lorne Resort
1 Bedroom Apartment - $230 per apartment per night (was $310)
2 Bedroom Apartment - $285 per apartment per night (was $355)
Penthouse Apartment - $345 per apartment per night (was $410)
One bedroom apartments include a queen size bed in the main bedroom, double pull out divan in the lounge area, and a spacious corner spa (Sleeps up to four people using divan)
Two bedroom apartments include a queen size bed in the main bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds, double divan in the lounge and spa in the bathroom. (Sleeps up to six people using the divan)
Penthouse apartments include upstairs queen size bed in main bedroom with ensuite bathroom and spa, second bedroom with two single beds, double pull out divan in the lounge and spa in the bathroom. (sleeps up to six people using divan)
All apartments have private balconies, two remote control televisions and self contained kitchen facilities.
All inclusive of complimentary use of indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, tennis & squash, mountain bikes & helmets and car parking.
Delegates will book direct and NO block booking will be held. Rooms will be on an ‘availability only’ basis and the resort management recommend that we book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings can be made by calling the resort direct on 03 5289 2400 and requesting to speak to Mr Lee Gordon or Mr Daniel Armistead. You will need to request the “Ford Discovery Special Event Rate” and will also need to confirm credit card details to the resort upon booking. Cancellations on or after 14 days of check in will incur a cancellation fee being one nights accommodation.

I would suggest you book as early as possible as this is a holiday weekend. We have also managed to get allowance to book only the one night, usually you would have to book a minimum of two. The night in question is Saturday 28th September.
