Sydney Cruise4Acure-7th Feb 2004,New 3rd meeting point

Updated third meeting point
hey guys i know this ain't a registered cruise for your club but its for a good cause so heres the plan for the day...

Cruise4ACure NSW

When: Saturday 7th February 2004

Meet: There will be three official meeting points, with the last being Miranda where the cruise will officially commence. Cruise meeting points and times are as follows:

Thornleigh McDonalds - 7.45am, 8.00am departure
Silverwater Bridge - 8.30am, 8.45am departure
Seymour Park,Miranda..Cnr the boulevarde and Wandella Rd,Miranda - 9.30am, 10.00am departure

Reason: Cruise4ACure is a way we can have some fun in our cars, have a chat and meet with like minded people while raising some money for the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia.

We will be cruising to a wonderful spot within the Royal National Park to conclude with lunch. Undercover tables, BBQ facilities and a kiosk are available.

The exact details and maps will be on the Cruise4ACure website. They will be printing out a limited number of maps to hand out on the day if people need it for a small fee.

Please indicate your willingness to participate in the cruise, either in this thread, or by registering your details on the Cruise4ACure website so we know how many people are coming.

There are people from LS1.com, Utez.com (also helping to organise the cruise), Skylines Australia club, street commodores forum, XR6 turbo forums,XR-XY Ford Car Club that are going to join us, aswell as a number of other forums also invited.

Let's help make a diference in someone's life!

Hey enforcer ute.... off the topic a little but i have noticed a holden ute around sutherland way with an enforcer body kit.... nice looking ute, this bloke had a Porn Star sticker on the back window which was a bit of a wank, it didnt have cruise control or power windows which i was quite surprised at.... you'd think a nice looking ute like that would have these "luxury features" but i guess not???? looked good other than that!!!
Anyway, is this similar to yours??
Guess i'll look out for ya on saturday...

P.S. hope yours isnt the one with the porn star sticker now that i called it a bit of a wank.......

 way to go Ben, the one that you have seen around must be the cheaper model with out the extra luxurys. But dont worry Dean I am sure it aint yours mate, because I believe you were saying that the next car you buy is going to have all the extras. :fingers:

All I have got to say what a massive turn out and a top day, it was good to see a big variety of cars turn up even though there was only seven of us Ford freaks turn up. But it was a great day and well done to the organisers for the day.

Aye, the Ford turnout was a little disappointing but there will always be a next time. Considering ls1 forums didn't even bother pimping this event I'm amazed at the cash raised and the ammount of people who showed up. Was good fun though. Got to see some nice cars, meet some nice people, see some ricers... All good.

Yeah was a great cruise.... very dissapointing that there werent to many of us there!!!! It wasnt a club organised event, but it still would have been nice to have the club represented since it was after all a charity cruise...
it was a nice day, there were plenty of meeting points, it wasnt a long cruise, out of about 7 fords there, we had only 3 cars from the club....
