Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

To all TOCNSW Members.

There has been an EGM called by the Committee to adopt any proposed changes put forward to amend our current TOCNSW Constitution. The changes will be required to meet the criteria for Incorporation as stated in documents received from the Dept. of Fair Trading.

The Meeting will be held at the Wentworth Hotel, Parramatta Rd Flemington, commencing at 8 PM on Thursday 20th June 2002.
We will need a quorum of ten (10) minimum, with a majority voting for the adoption of changes so we can proceed with Incorporation.

A list of the proposed changes will be sent to all members prior to the meeting.

Just a reminder to everyone that this meeting is this thursday.

As steve said, we need a minimum of 10 people present to vote on the changes to the constitution.
