TOCNSW - Wakefield Park Track Day

Hi all!
I just wanted to let you know that I am taking names and deposits/full payments for the track day which is going to be held on 18th January 2003.
(Deposits required by the 15th November)
The event will be on rain, hail or shine. Spectators, passengers and non-participants are welcome. To participate as a driver or passenger, you will need the following:
- Valid drivers’ licence
- Wakefield Park licence (if you took part in the last track day, your licence will still be valid) which costs $30.00
- Non-flammable long sleeve shirt and pants, and a helmet
All payments must be received in full by 20 December 2002. If we do not meet the numbers we need, even if we invite other clubs, we will have to cancel our booking which means we are going to lose an $800 deposit. That's $800 of your membership fees guys.
Payments can be made by cheque made out to Tickford Owners Club of NSW, money order (same name) or direct credit to an account.
Prices
Deposit - Minimum $20
Members: $120
Non-members: $140
Spectators don't have to pay anything, only if you're getting out on the track in your own car. If you're going out there as a passenger only, you have to wear a helmet and long sleeve clothing just like the driver, but do not have to pay anything.
Lasty, all payments are to go through myself.
Once I've got your name down, we'll work out the method of payment.
