I got this info from
www.pulsar.org.au which my sister is a member of. She said any type of car is invited, not just Pulsars. It'd be cool to have a few EA's rock up! The best thing is that it sounds pretty laid back, like no one's gonna point and laugh if you run a 17 sec quarter...

[There is an open day this Sunday 20th of October at Heathcote Park where the general public can test their cars on the quarter mile.
Heathcote Park is about 1 hours drive out of Melbourne towards Bendigo.
Track opens at about 10am and runs start at 11am after scrutineering. Track closes at about 4:30pm
Cost = $40 per car + $15 for support people/spectators.
U will need ... Helmet/long sleeved top/long pants.]
Some people might have a problem getting a helmet. My suggestion would be to get one off a mate who rides go-karts/motorbikes or the next best option would be to go to Cash Converters and buy a second hand one. You can pick 'em up for $15. I got mine from there ages ago for $15 when I needed one after making a go-kart. Or else I might be able to lend mine to people when I'm not doing runs.
So who's interested???
