I got this info from www.pulsar.org.au which my sister is a member of. She said any type of car is invited, not just Pulsars. It'd be cool to have a few EA's rock up! The best thing is that it sounds pretty laid back, like no one's gonna point and laugh if you run a 17 sec quarter...

Some people might have a problem getting a helmet. My suggestion would be to get one off a mate who rides go-karts/motorbikes or the next best option would be to go to Cash Converters and buy a second hand one. You can pick 'em up for $15. I got mine from there ages ago for $15 when I needed one after making a go-kart. Or else I might be able to lend mine to people when I'm not doing runs.

So who's interested???

SPHELL, are you running and will you have your cam in by then? Reason im asking is I have been following your mods closely and am VERY interested in seeing what times you can get out of it.....

C'mon guys!!! We need some more cars to race...it's not serious, you can just do sum runs for fun. Bass, what about u dude? We could do a run against each other (although I'll probably regret saying that lol)!

SikEA, nah I won't have the cam in, or the diff. That will be the main downfall I think, not having a higher ratio diff. 2.77 sucks. I'm kinda expecting to run in the high 15-16s. I'm mainly just interested to see what it can do.

Doug, this is extreemly tempting. I'd rather take my car down that track then at calder thats for sure.
It's kinda bad timing, however, i'll see if I can make it. I'll let ya know tomorow if I'm gonna go or not.

Like you said, Bass, it's extremely tempting, but just bad timing. I've gotta work on Sunday, so I doubt I'll be able to make it... it's a shame, coz I'd luuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrvvvvvvvvvve to do it, though. And, I too, would much rather run at heathcote park than at calder...

I'll try and organise the day off, but on such short notice, i'm not all that hopeful. I'll let you guys know how i go.

Perhaps we could find out when the next open day is and try and
obtain a massive e-series presence then?
