Hey All,

Just see a lot of you blokes head up to heathcote, etc for club days/drag days/ etc.

Just wondering if anyone is interested in having a day at Gippsland Dragway in Bairnsdale which is around 3 hours east of Dandenong.

It is an 1/8th mile dragstrip and is ANDRA sanctioned.

If anyone is interested or has any questions, please post.

1/8th mile strip? Is that 200m? If it is seems a bit short of you ask me. I wouldn't mind heading out there for a cruise, barbie, beach or something.

Yes its 1/8th mile. (which is approx 200m yeh)

Bairnsdale is about 20 mins from Lakes Entrance.

There is beach, bush, etc all that sort of stuff.

Accomodation everywhere.

I know its further than Heathcote and the like, but it's really only bout 2 1/2 hours from dandy.

I just thought that if some of you were into going for a cruise, having a get together, and having some drags or grudge matches or just timing yourself, it may be a good weekend thing.

Or if anyone is interested we are having a test and tune day on 14th October.
